Evidence:
I chose two case studies to demonstrate my study of different types of students. The data base I created of assistive technology resources demonstrates my knowledge of different kinds of assistive technology.
Learning Reflection:
My school--just like most in Los Angeles--has a diverse population. We have English Language Learners from all over the world and 20% of our scholars are in a Special Education program, and that's not bringing up the cultural diversity. School libraries and librarians should be able to meet the needs of their diverse learners, be it through scaffolding lesson plans, having books that reflect that person's niche, having accessible technology, and/or just being a safe space. All students should feel welcome and be welcomed into the school library, as well be able to access its information, no matter who they are.
